The SRM Cub collection is designed for everyday carry. These reliable tools feature efficient Wharncliffe blades crafted from either high-performance 154CM steel or SRM Laminated 140Cr steel, providing excellent edge control and piercing capability. Paired with a rugged and grippy G10 handle, it is equipped with a lanyard hole and two-sided pocket clip, which makes it easier to carry. The Cub collection uses an Ambi lock (crossbar lock) and thumb hole opening methods to provide a more stable and smooth unlocking method. In short, the SRM Wharncliffe knife Cub is a versatile performer, serving as a precise EDC knife for daily tasks, a sturdy folding hunting knife for outdoor pursuits, or a dependable tool for work and adventure.
By being laminated with 2 layers of other stainless steels, the blade provides comparable characteristics to S35VN steel. The laminated steel pattern is a natural grain, not laser-etched, and features a random pattern.
Cooled Sharpening ensures that the blade maintains its hardness and performance characteristics, resulting in a sharper, more durable edge.
